FUELING CONFIDENCE

Did you know confidence grows on what we feed it?

We can hear 20 positive things and 1 negative..guess which one will take over our mind ..Yes the negative will. You will remember every word of it .The positive will go right out of our head.
I have a couple of ideas to help all of us with this battle.

1.Focus on today. .write a positive note to yourself and keep it near by you so that you can read it as often as you want during the day.

2. Exercise -Exercise is the ultimate drug! Its a confidence boosting-mind alternating, pick your heart rate up boost mood drug ! You need to take it everyday. Schedule your workouts..Feel free to use my workout program www.amfightclub.com  You can use it at home. It will boost your confidence.

3. Change your vocabulary. You brainwash yourself constantly by what you say to yourself..I'm fat, I'm ugly, I'm not smart enough, I can't do that.. STOP! from this day forward you are going to change what you say to yourself..Positive only words.  Remember God made us and he didn't make mistakes.

Confidence is built by experience- The more we do something the more confident we become.  Fear and self doubt are what starves us from growing confidence. Lets do something today that we thought we couldn't do and feed our Confidence what it deserves~

Staying Balanced

It's a Sunny Sunday Morning ! love that feeling! If you follow my battle quotes they usually speak about becoming a better you.
We become so scattered in life today that sometimes we forget the real purpose why we are hear.
In other words we become out of balance. I read this earlier today and thought I would share it.
Joel says what I have been saying for most of my adult life. If we want to be the best we can be we have to stay in balance. Body, Mind and Spirit.

“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. ”
(1 Timothy 4:8, NIV)

Scripture talks about the value of getting both physical exercise and spiritual exercise. Yes, our spiritual development will last into eternity but our physical development helps us to be more effective while we are here on earth. We have to take care of our whole person in order to live balanced life and reach our full potential.
Remember, our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Are you making time to take care of your temple? Sometimes we make a bigger deal about getting exercise than we need to. You don’t have to get a gym membership or work out for a long time to have benefit. Just start somewhere. Start walking in your neighborhood. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park a little further away from the grocery store. Do whatever you can do to stay active because exercising spiritually and physically is what makes a balanced workout!

Father, I declare today that I am committed to be my best spiritually and physically. I desire to honor you with my whole being. Help me to make good decisions for myself and for my loved ones and be an effective example everywhere I go. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
