Now that the holidays are over..It's time to get back to feeling good! Lives are busy but that doesn't mean we have to put ourselves last. We need to put ourselves First. Then we can go out into our world as we know it and make it a better was created for that person who has NOTIME~ all you need is an internet connection and a little living room space(and maybe a few props) and its all thanks to this seriously excellent totally FREE you tube videos. We've rounded up the best workouts in the shortest amount of time. We are talking everything from kickboxing, core, yoga, strength training and more.

Hello New Year

Welcome New Year!
I think its safe to say at sometime in our lives We've all limited ourselves, missed opportunities, or let time slip by. But it's never too late to redeem ourselves.
2016 is the year of REDEMPTION!
This year lets make it about the finding the right state of mind, and igniting what triggers our motivation. Our number one priority is going to be hit the workout and give it all we've got.
While working away rep after rep or jump after jump or what ever that workout is bringing to the table..think about everything we want to achieve. Knowing that with each successful push, pull or lift that we are inching closer to what we want
This type of mind set  will be dedicated to anyone who's felt defeated. We've all been there before. Let's
let 2016 be the year that motivation runs high!!
